About Chaga
The Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a beneficial mushroom that is mainly found in the Northern Hemisphere. The mushroom grows mainly on beech trees and does well in cold climates such as Canada, Siberia and Northern Europe. The Chaga looks like a piece of burnt wood or coal from the outside. On the inside, however, it is orange, in combination with the beneficial effect this has earned it the nickname black gold in Russia .
Medicinal properties
Chaga is nutrient-rich and contains fiber, vitamin D, iron, magnesium and potassium. The Chaga mushrooms also contain beta-glucans, melanin, triterpenes and polyphenols. These substances are known for different properties. Chaga just might really be the black gold .
Ingredients
100 grams of organic Chaga (Inonotus Obliquus) powder based on fruiting bodies. It contains approximately 5% polysaccharides, betulin, betulinic acid and sterols.
Dosage:
1 teaspoon (1.5 grams) per day dissolved 1 teaspoon (1.5 grams) per day dissolved in hot water. The powder is also easy to add to shakes. One dose contains approximately 75 mg of polysaccharides, betulin, betulinic acid and sterols.
