About the Reishi
Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum) is a brown-red mushroom about 10 to 25 centimeters in size. In the Netherlands we know this fungus as lacquer fungus. They mainly grow on stumps of old trees such as oak and beech. In China, the Reishi has been used for over 2000 years. Its reputation is very impressive, they call it Lingzhi there, which means mushroom of immortality . In Traditional Chinese Medicine, they use Lingzhi for various purposes.
Ingredients
100 grams of organic Reishi powder based on fruiting bodies. It contains about 5% polysaccharides, beta-glucans.
Dosage:
1 teaspoon (1.5 grams) per day dissolved in hot water. The powder is also easy to add to shakes. One dose contains approximately 75 mg of polysaccharides, beta-glucans.
