About the Lion's Mane
The Lion's Mane (Hericium Erinaceus) is a special mushroom with many nicknames. The fruit body is white in color and resembles the bush mane of a male lion. Because of this look, the Lion's Mane is often referred to as a wig fungus in the Netherlands. In traditional Chinese medicine, the Lion's Mane is known as hou tou gu, which means monkey's head.

100 grams of organic Lion's Mane powder based on fruiting bodies. It contains about 5% polysaccharides, beta-glucans.
Dosage:
1 teaspoon (1.5 grams) per day dissolved in hot water. The powder is also easy to add to shakes. One dose contains approximately 75 mg of polysaccharides, beta-glucans.
